I bought a Happy board wood cutting board on 7/26/25, and it warped within 2 weeks and I took it back on a Saturday to exchange for a new one and was told that I would have to come back on Monday. I explained that I'm working at my shop during the week and was told that because it was used they can't do returns on Saturday. I think that a faulty item should be able to exchange it no mater what day it is.
