I would like to know how a vehicle, in good faith, passes a safety inspection and sold when the reports specifically note the brakes and rotors are “metal on metal” and the shocks and struts are “locking and leaking”. Not to mention how the state inspection passes and is signed off on with no muffler (i.e., the exhaust is straight piped); therefore, causing any subsequent post-sale inspection to fail. They did a good job with the oil change. But technicians ripped leather steering wheel. I called and was disconnected when trying to report it. I then sent emails and text messages to the service office with no reply.
worst dealership ever! they've had my jeep for 3 days and they barely started working on it today! they wouldn't give us a rental either. why have an appointment when they don't work on it that day?no one communicated with us either. we have called repeatedly to find out what's going on. not once has ANYONE called us or returned any calls

STAY AWAY.We called about a brand new 2022 Charger advertised on their website at a sale price. We were told that if we come in, there would definitely be room to save even more off of that advertised price. When we arrived, we found the car to be very dirty and asked if they could wash it so that we could see what it looked like under the dirt. I really recommend champion of Decatur and especially catfish. They are awesome helpful and honest. Honestly, it’s hard to find in a dealership in this dealership has it very good. Please go to see them you won’t be sorry. They are awesome.
