Was part of a group of 4 for dinner on 12/20. There weren’t many people dining there. However, it took over 45 minutes for me to receive my appetizer salad. This after the rest of the table had received theirs a good 15-20 minutes prior. I had also ordered the salad “gluten free”, which should tell the kitchen staff to omit the croutons. Well, the salad came with croutons and had to be sent back. Not once did our server refill, or even offer to refill, my water glass. My husband and I wanted to try your Oktoberfest menu and we were not disappointed. The food and the service were excellent. We ordered Chicken Paprikash and Pork Schnitzel, they were delicious as was the tomato soup and salad. What a meal- we will definitely be back to sample the rest of your menu! 👏👏👏👏👏
Wonderful food and even better martinis! Their waitstaff is also so pleasant and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

We chose Charlie’s for lunch just based on the name, and we are glad we did. Very nice and welcoming server, good menu options, really good food. We would definitely go again.
