I hadn't even had my 2011 Tahoe Z71 4x4, for a month when it started getting real jerky and not shifting right while I was visiting family in Tulsa. We live in Stillwater and didn't feel like we should try and drive back with the way it was handling. Charlie and his staff are very kind and thorough on what they're going to do on your vehicle it's a great place to take your vehicle for transmission issues
We heard about charlies automatic transmission threw word of mouth. We took the car down for a free diagnosis. A few hours later they determined it was the transmission. Within a week & a half later they had rebuilt the whole transmission. We are really pleased with the work. My car is running fantastic. Very reasonably priced as well. Id highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you. Yall done a super job!
