Very honest and no pressure.
We contacted this dealer several times via email, and phone about a vehicle they had posted online. Although we emailed them on 08/03, called 08/04 and left a message, called 3 times on 08/05 and left 2 messages and called twice on 08/06, we were not able to reach them. They did not return any of our calls or voicemails. We should have known then this dealer was not a true professional. Fabulous selection of cars, great prices, excellent quality, and selection.
I brought in a truck to sell, was very pleased with first visit. Was satisfied with how the process works. Was pleased with condition of lot and how they were nominated auto dealer of the year. Also was pleased to see how they treated other customers when they came in.
This was an excellent car buying experience (actually my best!) Charlie and Garland were friendly and down-to-earth and buying my new Jeep was easy. You should buy a car at Charlie's :)
