I've been going here for 8 years and they've always provided excellent, friendly service. The owner is usually there and so kind to my little girl...as if we're family. This is one of the few trustworthy mechanics that won't sell you a bunch of things you don't need. They'll show you what's wrong and what they recommend. Good ol' fashioned honest service!

Gals and guys a hidden gem in Martinsburg! Was in need of some work done and had little time and I came across Charlie's by chance. 💚Turns out I couldn't have been any luckier. 😍 Not only did they manage to work my car in, get parts delivered and put on....ALL my questions were answered and work needed explained thoroughly. Fair and honest people that did quality work. I won't hesitate in the future to take my car back to Charlie's! 👍🏼🚗😎

My husbands1st experience @ Charlie's was a GREAT 1! Jake, Britney & his co workers made an awesome impression. They not only fixed his Corvette, but went above @ beyond & checked the work done previously from another shop without request. I am a long-time customer of Charlie's and highly recommend them. They care for your vehicle like it is their own, are reasonably priced, and do great work. They are honest and trustworthy, and they don't repair things that aren't broken, which I've come to really appreciate after having been cheated by dishonest shops in the area before coming here.
