RecommendedDropped my van off at Charlie's for front and rear brakes. This was my first visit for service at Charlie's. Had a great experience, prices are fair and they are honest. Can't ask for more than that. Will definitely be going back.

They could start by not taking 4 months to get a vehicle to operate, let alone operate in a normal way. Took my vehicle there for oil leak, kept calling for add ons " whick I agreed" to so my vehicle would run better. Vehicle didn't run right for the next 4 months. vehicle sat for 3 weeks at one time waiting for their time. vehicle had to go back so many times the owner (Jake) wouldn't talk to me, actually turn the other way when I would pull in. jack did alignment on my 68 camaro...fixed and charged a reasonable price....just hated he had to fix what country roads screwed up....hell of a team....anyone wants far price and trustworthy mechanics.....THIS IS THE PLACE

👎👎👎 They ruined my transmission when I took my car there for motor mounts, and were total jerks when I went to them about it. I had to get rid of the car. It's apparently MY fault for not being able to buy a brand new car, when nothing was wrong with the transmission before they messed with the car. Exact quote from Jack: "I don't owe you anything you're the one that bought the older car..."
These guys rock! They let you know up front what your costs will be and will call you if anything changes. Fast and efficient! It is so nice to have someone you trust work on your cars.
