My car had been hit from wheel to wheel down low on the right side. Not only did they communicate well thru the process, they kept the insurance company in check as it was discovered there was more damage than originally estimated. My car was completed as stated, cleaned, and brought up immediately upon my arrival. The staff was great, the results are wonderful. Highly recommend you check them out before you make your decision if your vehicle needs repaired. Great match on the 10 year old original metal flake.

I would recommend Charlie's Auto Body to anyone. They did an amazing job and did it fast. He actually cared. I had bought a window regulator because thats what this auto glass place said I needed. Charlie said I didn't need it and used my original regulator. Everything works perfectly fine. Thank you Charlie
I had someone back into my car in the parking lot, their insurance was a pain to deal with, they ended up charging me roughly $110 for the rental while we wait for the repairs, with no notification that they had cancelled the payment for the rental until 8 days AFTER the date. It also was not cancelled but back dated. Charlie is very professional, and covered the extra fee out of pocket. He also provided a car for me meanwhile at no cost.
