Freshly sliced roast beef comes served on a salt-encrusted kummelweck roll. It's actually the "weck" roll, a kaiser-like roll topped with Kosher salt and caraway seeds, that makes the sandwich. I was born and raised in the Buffalo/Williamsville area and it took me forty plus years before I tried this place. HUGE mistake. I will be going every Friday from now and forever to get his Clam Chowder. His Chorizo is my all time favorite with a side of Country Fries. Thanks for the good food and great service. Charlie is very friendly.
