I contacted this company for an estimate to run a new gas line for my kitchen. The technician came out promptly, took measurements, and discussed the job details, mentioning that someone from the office would get back to me with an estimate. After a week with no response, I called the office and spoke with a woman who was careless and unresponsive. She assured me I would receive the estimate within 2-3 weeks.
