Get. More. Servers. Or just not make customers wait an hour for food. Regular at Charlie’s and love to support the local restaurant but the wait for food.. unacceptable. Only restaurant on the lake, come on Charlie’s! High hopes for you guys to figure it out.

Bar staff was great during a very busy night. Unfortunately that’s where the greatness ended. I saw food sitting plated waiting to be served for almost 40 minutes out in the open air because meals were not timed to come out together. One waiter itched his scalp and then reached into the limes and put a lime in a customers drink. I saw food fall off a plate and a waitress just grab it and throw it back on the plate before serving it to a customer.
