This was a spectacular meal that is absolutely something that everyone visiting Las Vegas should enjoy. The food, service, and atmosphere were all incredible! Well done Mr. Palmer!
The food and wine pairings were spot on. Service good. My only criticism would be that they served a very nice Pinot in a white wine glass. The wine was very nice but would have shined in the right glass. Given that the restaurant has 2 somms, one of whom was present for the dinner, I am astonished that the wrong glass was used.
Great atmosphere upscale and quiet. I enjoyed the beet salad and calamari appetizers. The clams were also delicious. Amazing steaks perfectly prepared including “blue”. I had the rib eye ... rare. The flan was very light and the mango sorbet complimented well. Nice wine selection and very pricey!
