We came here for New Year's Eve dinner. Our group of four had rave reviews of the experience. It did take a while to be seated but once we were at our table, we were treated like kings. I had the citrus prawns to start and it was a delicious beginning. The butter poached filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The chocolate truffle cake was the best ending. Wine pairing throughout the meal and exceptional service made the evening one we won't soon forget. Thank you to all that made this evening so memorable!! Happy New Year!
Amazing food! Amazing service! Spent our New Year's Eve dinner with family and just had An exceptional time! My water glass was never half empty at any point and the food came out very quick for the amount of people dinning that evening. Worth every penny. We will be back!
No surprise. Just like the exceptional service provided by the Four Seasons Hotel in which it is located, Charlie Palmer's is near perfect. Everything is first class, from the host, to the bartender, to the service staff. And the food? From the Oysters, Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge, Rib Eye, Cauliflower and Mashed Potatoes to the Chocolate Mousse Brownie.....5 stars all the way. We will be back every time we visit Las Vegas. Thanks for a great evening.
