The food was well prepared and delIcious. The service was impeccable. This was not my first time eating at Charlie Palmer and it will not be my last. Absolutely great!!
We only at breakfast here as it was convenient. However the buffet had very little to offer. Ordering off the menu was extraordinarily slow. The waiter apologized several times. The tip is built in to the bill but he took it off. It wasn't his fault. The restaurant wasn't that busy that it took 1.5 hours for a breakfast sandwich. If the Knickerbocker hotel wants to compete they had better make Charlie step it up.
