Purchases a Jayco White Hawk from JW Humphries great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the camper and helpful with the purchase. We are looking forward to our first trip. Everyone that we meant from service to sales manager were great. We traveled to several states looking at campers and Charlie Obaugh RV had the best selection of campers and comparing apples to apples their price was great. Shop local shop at Charlie Obaugh RV.
While traveling in frigid weather, got caught with a leaking hot water drain cap, courtesy of my dealership (different manufacturer). I called Obaugh RV, said they may be able to help. Stopped in going between sites. They were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Problem solved in 2 minutes. Nice to know they could help when in a jam.
We had a fantastic sales experience at Charlie O'Baugh. We bought a 2017 Jayco North Point. JW Humphries was our salesperson, and he made the process seamless. This was our first 5th wheel (moving up from a travel trailer), and he took his time (along with the technicians) to ensure we were up to speed before taking delivery. Aaron helped us out while looking for our new camper and left no stone unturned. With his help, we were able to purchase a camper that was far more than we dreamed we could own at a price that was well within our budget. Aaron, Charlie, JW and the crew were wonderful. They were even pet friendly. Went to alot of different RV lots and this was by far the friendliest and willing to work with u. Can't see us buying any where else. Suggest everyone, who is looking for a great deal, to go there
The most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with!! Chose to buy a brand new camper from here while out of town for work and should have known to back out when they couldn't even get what our bank needed to get the transaction done faxed to them. Then got it set up and it had a leak in the bathroom and the electricity to the slide didn't work from day 1. No one was willing to help fix the problems on a brand new camper! Thankfully Jayco however does see the problem and the need to get it fixed asap.
