Service above and beyond. We left New York on Jan. 31st for a 3 month trip. Our first night on the road the passenger side slide wouldn't extend, and we also had two split water lines. We called the RV dealer/repair shop near our destination in Florida and they said they would be happy to give us an appt for April 15th to take a look at the problem. The service department prior to management change and after management change is well below average. They were not helpful or accommodating at all. They cancelled an appointment without even asking customer. We are a still having problems with brand new camper, and they do not seem to place customer service as a priority. What a shame. They have definitely lost a loyal customer. Terrible first impression from the beginning.
