Service was slow...chips and queso was bad... and pulled pork and smoked chicken were dry and overcooked
Six of us went last night. All got stomach problems. We have been going to Charlie and Jakes for 23 years beach side always great. They moved across the street and now it is awful. So sad.
Wow. Just experienced the Burnt End Macaroni and Cheese. What an unexpected treat. Wanting ti try the other varieties soon. Way to go on your new location, what an asset to Indian Harbor Beach.
This place is amazing. They have done a great job remodeling and the food is the best. Awesome portions and cooked just perfect. The staff is also wonderful. A great place for Barb Q beachside. The ownership has 2 amazing places beachside now. Bunky's as well. Great job
Normally Charlie and Jakes would be 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But....they are very under staffed. The waitress we had was very sweet, but she had way too many tables. We waited an hour for drinks and almost 2 hours for food. The food was ok, but not up to normal standards . I understand when you open a new restaurant there is a learning curve. The good things are the restaurant is beautiful and defiantly more space than before. There is a really nice patio, and it appears they have a full bar!!
