We used to absolutely LOVE Charlie Hong Kong. It used to always have the same great taste that we craved and used to never disappoint. However, in the last 1-2 years or so, we’ve noticed a major change in the food. The flavor is NOT the same as what we have come to love. Is there a new chef? Ownership/management? This is our 4th try at eating our favorites from there, and we are still highly disappointed. It’s not the same. We order the chili sesame salad and the Kung Pao Chicken.
The ginger beef is awesome!
