Foods very good, however the menu is a bit limited. If it's busy prepare to wait for things. Great place otherwise.

I really wanted to eat at charlie's tonight and arrived at just after 7 and we're sitted immediately but 20 minutes later we had no beverages and no one had asked us anything. I saw 3 servers but no one came or ever acknowledged us. We left with no service but the hostess that sat us did say thanks for coming in. I will probably try again but I guess it must be nice to have enough business to not need every customer's dollar. Guys we eat downtown once a week at least can you please get your service down.
