RecommendedOur waitress was very enjoyable. Food portions were small and the...wet edged mold outline vent above our heads was not the best we would expect. And also the ants inside of the check book. Though the waitress we could see was making it a point to check the check books and mention it to what seemed like the manager.
My daughters prime rib was terrible. The manager took it off our bill because she did not eat it. My veal Schnitzel was greasy and my mother’s cheese steak which looked delicious and was said by the waitress that it was . Such a disappointment it was sooo greasy. Sorry CB not coming here again!!!!
Food was mediocre and way overpriced. They claim to have fresh baked bread but there is no way that cold, stale tasting bread was baked fresh daily. Always wanted to try one. Now I have and I won’t be back.
Great fun but extremely NOT handicapped accessible (the building is 300 years old)

Been here several times before and always enjoyed, but today was a different experience. When the menu advertises flounder stuffed with lump crabmeat, stuffing it with bread stuffing doesn’t cut it.
Wonderful, historic building of 300 years. Former hotel Paul, former Wilkins inn, once the victory over the Hessian at redbank tavern.. haunted and beautiful.
Loved the steak, atmosphere and service
Very good food and the service was very good. Good selection to choose from. Loved the firecracker shrimp
