He took my money & ran off, never completed the job, he stole $10,000 off me
Had mobile demo done charlie seemed to be a good guy until he got half down payment,he never pulled permit all said and done we had to pull it he never called back until we went to the county building than he answered their phone rite away we needed this permit to bring in another home, before he started the demo he was paid in full then had the odasity to ask for another $100 the demo was already pricey to begin with and I don't care if he comments on what I just posted he knows the truth, I wasn't wanting to comment at fir... read more
Company demolished a mobile home next to my business with no regards to insulation and debris flying in the air causing eye, nose and skin irritation. Owner very unprofessional when approached about the issue. Would never recommend this company.
I talked with Mr brown about what he didn't haul off among that was my brand new washer n dryer front loading Samsung washer hot wTerheater stove and somewhere stuff his first day first trip wherever he took it was on his first trip my house burned down feb7 and I had salvaged stuff to go into my new house but Mr brown decided to steal my property I paid him 5000 to do that
Business is located in a residential neighborhood and its employees care not how they drive the heavy equipment they use in this neighborhood. Recently one employee ran over my mailbox because he was preoccupied with looking at my flag. This company needs to relocate to a different location as the equipment is causing cracks in the pavement and they drop numerous trash and bails causing flat tires for all his neighbors.
