Outstanding. Ribeye cooked to perfection and great taste. Service was top shelf. Great desert and wine selection. We had reservations which is recommended and went right to our table.
We make it a point to eat at Charley's every time we're in Orlando. Outstanding steaks, appetizers, cocktails, and terrific service! We've never been disappointed.
Although Charley's has an excellent menu and typically superior service, I changed my review today due to the elderly hostesses condescending attitude and lack of attention. In a restaurant where 2/3 of the seats are empty I would expect a far more welcoming attitude and perhaps a smile, but at the most minuscule to be acknowledged would be a treat while there is no one else standing about.
Chris was our waiter and he was excellent. We were a party of five with one of us being vegetarian. Everyone who ordered filet or lobster enjoyed their meals. I, on the other hand ordered the Kansas city strip. I was not at all impressed with this steak. I ordered it rare and it was cooked perfectly, the meat was marbled, but the marbling turned out to be very tough grizzle. Absolutely best service....and food highly recommended and not to mention the manager came to our table and gave us a $50 gift card just bc!!!!
I was very disappointed. I got the Speacial it was 40.00 for a filet migion and a lobster tail. Both were extremely overcooked with no taste. I ordered the crab cakes that were under cooked. The server never came around and was very unfriendly. I have heard good things about the restraunt and that is why I went. I was very disappointed and the check for two with a tip was 160.00. So I expected more for the money as well.
