Erleen (I think that how you spell her name) made our whole experiece five star worthy. Food was great but there's nothing like a server that actually WANTS to be there. She is the best and I hope Charley's values her!
Absolutely amazing service and delicious food! I live all the way down in Miami but whenever we take the journey up north, we have to stop by Charlie's!

Sweet Jesus! Best steak I've ever had. Had the wagyu ribeye. The flavor profile was so complex. Every bit of it was melt in your mouth. Just outstanding and worth every penny. Sides were amazing. Get the bacon cheddar mashed potatoes. Un-freaking-real!
My experience is Charley's Steakhouse was excellent from the valet parking to the greeting at the door to our waitress and the excellent food. First time here in Orlando celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday and the service was impeccable the food was impeccable overall we had a great time there. It was a great experience for me and my daughter seeing that she was turning 21 and having her first drink Seth made it just right for her. Thank you all for the great service and the great experience here in Orlando.
We took our 7 children there as a treat and what a treat it was, the staff are so welcoming and attentive and the food was out of this world. We only wish we could go there again before we go back to the UK.
