Our AC compressor began failing during a heat wave. We had one HVAC contractor come out, who said we needed a new system, which would cost $7,000. Chuck came out and got it running for 2% of that cost. He explained exactly what was wrong —clearly and without talking down to me. In addition, he noted the current system is oversized, so if we do replace it down the road, we can put in a smaller unit for about $5,000. Highly recommend him.
They came out the same day we called them (Thursday). He had the part order and installed Monday morning. Very knowledgeable and fast.
