I stopped for a Philly cheese steak combo on Wed., July 9, to take home for dinner. The customer service was great, but the sandwich combo was extremely disappointing. The sandwich tasted like someone sprinkled a box of salt on it. I did not request any salt on my food. The bun was not heated or toasted. We ordered delivery and unfortunately half of the drink orders were wrong (the lemonade was awful) and we received no plastic ware or napkins despite requesting them on the online order. The forks were kind of necessary considering we had two orders of loaded fries. We also ordered wings and they were subpar; lemon pepper was a nope and the hot honey was okay(ish). The cinnamon dough balls were good. Overall I would not order from this place again.
To the young lady working the counter at lunch time today 5 Starts Customer Service, above & beyond, will be back for more. Great first experience.
Food is always great and the customer service is amazing. Kimberly is always so positive and creates a great experience every time.
