I tried Charleys Cheesesteaks for the first time and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to pick up my order the staff seemed more focused on my dogs than completing the pickup process which felt unprofessional even though I did not make an issue out of it. Once I got home which was only about seven minutes away my fries were already cold which suggests the food had been sitting for some time before I picked it up.
