I will never eat here again after the disrespect that I encounter from the employee Robert today and hope that the owner reach out. Management in this place is needing to be updated on restaurant etiquette. Spent 20 bucks bought a drink but because I had a cup from home they wouldn’t give me one. Management sad. Over a cup but he said they have to up sell. TS

Update: The owner actually reached out to me and handled the situation in a professional manner! I did change my stars to reflect, but only because of the professionalism of the owner.. Original:”We were Really dissatisfied and disappointed this is a 15$ sandwich missing meat. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I'm used to the Owner being here. I was told her no longer comes bc of the Lady running it now doesn't need him there and have him back to his wife. She seemed nice and friendly, moped the whole place while we were eating. The cashier, needs some help. Not friendly, no Customer service at all. I ordered it usual California Philly and some fries. The fries were not completely cooked, they were soggy and had Liquid cheese and yucky bacon on them. About 15 fries for $5.90. the sandwiches barely had meat on them and no cheese!!!... read more
