John who took my order first off grade A customer service. This is my first time here & made me feel like I’ve been 100 times over with how comfortable he made me and my family feel. His patience with us ordering bc I can be a pain when ordering didn’t even bother him. Horrible service yesterday mangers had an horrible attitude with me.
am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. On June 2, I placed a delivery order through the mobile app totaling nearly $40. Unfortunately, my order was never delivered, and I was never contacted regarding the issue. I attempted to resolve the situation by emailing customer support three separate times but only received automated responses and no actual assistance.
