Food was bland and ingredients seem to be very low quality. Got a buy one get one deal through doordash and after getting the food it feels like I still paid too much. The only thing about the bacon cheese fries that seemed acceptable was the fries. Cheese doesn't taste like cheese and bacon tastes like chemicals. All the reviews saying the food is amazing makes me sad that these people have seemingly never eaten real food. Love Charley’s! The food is amazing and reasonably priced. The staff are personable and hustle to get your food out for you. They also work hard to keep everything clean and well presented and are always kind and wish you a nice day. For such a young crew, these guys are absolute top-notch professionals!

The customer service was great, Food was bomb! In my opinion, the best cheapest food out of the entire mall!!
