Food was cold , I ordered the old school and was really bad . Go to the one at the block , this one sucks.
I had a buffalo chicken philly and it was so delicious! The employees were very friendly and kind. Great prices, too.
Originally when I walked up, I was trying to get onto the app in the first attendant. Couldn’t help me and didn’t ask anyone until a few minutes later and there was a nice gentleman who helped me get onto the app. Then the toaster wasn’t done when that’s one of the main reasons we come for the bread to be toasted. The bread was soggy. Usually love this place.
Food is pretty good but the price is kind of high. The service wasn’t that great and because the sign says “skip the line if you order online” I went to the pickup area to see about my food but no one said anything . I’m literally making eye contact with the guy and ask “is this for to go orders and not one sound “ Finally I just get in line and when I get up to the register my food is there and I’m able to get my order. I came to eat here at the main place mall here in Santa Ana they don’t attend the cash register and take so long to give out food. They have 4 people working and give really poor customer service would not recommend
