Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats that was quoted at 23 minutes, only for the time to suddenly jump to 47 minutes after the restaurant accepted it. At that point, I canceled because the order terms had changed — but I was still charged. This is a classic bait-and-switch setup: the restaurant accepts quickly to lock in the order, then preparation times and delivery windows balloon with no accountability. They used to have delicious loaded sandwiches, but now the sandwiches are very thin and skimpy. I'm not sure what changed. maybe new staff
It’s supposed to open at 10am but we couldn’t order till 10:20 !? What’s the whole point of opening at 10?
I got there right when it opened and I ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak and another version of it with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely delicious! Repeat customer here.
