Had the most horrible experience on 10/13/25, had an employee literally run me out of the store because of an error with my order, didn’t wanna give me the number to their managers
Mal servicio, publicidad engañosa... te muestran combos alitas con papas y bebida pero al momento de pedir cualquier bebida te hacen cobro extra porque según ellos la imagen está mal
I just left with my order. Two Philly cheese stake combos. I ordered to go and the guy with the tattoos got bothered because I got up to ask to go. He gave me my order wrong, and also gave me less than half the cup of fries. If I could give 0 stars j would
dude got my order wrong.....I repeated the order more then once and he even repeated the order as well. As soon as I get home they only put one combo in my bag after repeating it multiple times.....instead he charges me a combo and another drink? what am I going to do with two larger drinks? -.- and it should've been TWO combos not one drove back home about 20 minutes away just to have only been charged the wrong thing
