Food is good. The service is slow because they’re under the staff.
Always a good experience. All the staff are always so pleasant.
For months my food hasn'tbeen the best quailty. I work at the mall and there's not many food options, so I often get Charleys. Half the time, my order is made wrong, even after explaining, or just straight up stale right after being bagged and handed to me. I was willing to just suck it up and eat the stale fries until I've noticed that when all my male coworkers get their food and specifically their fries, they always tend to be fresh.
