For the quality and quantity, they walk all over the other sandwich shops. Absolutely demolish DiBella's and Subway. We love the "right off the grill" chicken California, and blazing hot, golden French fries. Every week we look forward to the free sample and lunch at Charley's. Thank you for the consistency, and being part of our family tradition :)
Twice I ordered California chicken. Once they left off the fried onions, the other time the ingredients were not even across the bun and they added fries which I didn't order and don't eat. They didn't listen. I don't think they understand what I was saying.
