The room was, mouldy, full of mosquitoes, and even had bed bugs which posed a serious health risk. When we complained, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to believe us. This resort is unhygienic, unsafe, and should be avoided at all costs. I regretted not looking at the previous reviews have been posted 6 months ago on the review section. But we learned
We booked this resort hoping to enjoy a family holiday it’s a terrible experience. The room had a strong odour and visible mould. Even worse, we discovered a bug on the bed after my daughter was bitten, which is a serious health risk, especially for children. At 11pm we had no choice but to leave immediately for the safety of my family. Our holiday ended abruptly, leaving my children distressed and disappointed. Stay away from this unclean, moldy, and dusty resort there are lots of cockroaches, bugs and spider webs.
We booked this resort for a special occasion , my dad’s birthday and my sister’s birthday, but it turned into a nightmare. The room was in unacceptable condition, with major hygiene and health risks. There were insects everywhere, including mosquitoes, cockroaches, and even what appeared to be a bed bug in the bed. My sister was actually bitten, which was the final straw. Me and my family checked in expecting to enjoy a family holiday to celebrate me and my dad’s birthday. Instead, our stay was cut short in the worst possible way. The room had a strong, unpleasant odour and visible mould. Even worse, we discovered a bug on the bed after my sister was bitten.
