I've applied 2003 0r later. I've never been considered or got an update. Something need to be looked into. I'm on the wait list current and nothing affordable for mobility or non mobility. I just don't know what is going on.
The units are extremely beautiful, especially. Compared to the area back in the day. Unfortunately like many communities of this scale, management doesn't have any interest in allowing newbies to apply.
