Lower prices = lower quality of living, yes waters free. But theres hardly any water pressure in showers. Keith said no smoking, yet there are cigarette burn holes all in the carpet. Also lots of drug addicts smoking crack in the open at night. Not a safe place to live. Also the owner walks in unannounced anytime he wants. cant ever sleep because neighbors are so loud and he won't do anything about complaints. In other words do not move here/ waste your $ unless you like living in section 8 type apartments.....
I'll never recommend anyone to these noisy tenants and unfair and he plays the favoritism game and he's a liar and he doesn't care about your complaints period so I give these Apartment's an F +++++
Read your lease very carefully, deposit refund 50% dishwasher is for Tenants convenience tenant replace or repair, changing air filters tenant, screen door or storm door tenant replace or repair... please read your lease or you may be in trouble....the terms are carried out to the letter.
