This has been our favorite restaurant for 9 years, coming at least monthly, until about the last 6 months. Every time we come now we are told about your specials and then we are told you are out of said special. And then at the end of the dinner we are told about your bread pudding and the last three times you have been out after getting our hopes up for it. This is due, obviously, to poor management. Had Charleston’s picked up via Postmates delivery this evening because we were a little under weather. Ordered the shrimp cargot which I normally love, noticed that the shrimp used were not only over cooked to a rubber consistency, they were not cleaned properly! There were shrimp “poo veins” floating in the garlic butter and hanging out inside the shrimp. Naturally, we didn’t eat it! $12 wasted and this is a serious health and safety issue. My favorite place to eat of all times. Never disappoints and I’m always satisfied when I leave that place. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!
Great prime rib, attentive waiter, and night out with the hubs!
Had the Pulled Pork sandwich and the Chicken Avocado club...both were excellent. Service is excellent, glass never got below half full, and I drink a lot of water when I eat...going back often.
