Good food and good service. �
Terrible and SLOW service despite the restuarant being empty. Our server, Taylor, barely spoke to us. The only reason I know her name is the hostess told us. She left our food sitting so long my son's filet was ice cold, when I said something to her about it, she tried to say it was cold because it was rare. She forgot to bring us the croissants we ordered and the other servers refilled our drinks. When we go to Charelstons we expect stellar service and amazing food. This experience was the opposite. Good food. Good service every time
My wife and I are long time patrons of Charleston’s. We have NEVER, EVER been disappointed by either the service or ANYTHING on the menu. We have or favorites. Mine happens to be the salmon. Hers is the pork chops. But we have taken several “chances” on other items over the years and we are both convinced that they have nothing on the menu that doesn’t get their full attention and love included in the preparation!
The food was really good
Awesome place to have a meal- highly recommended!
