Party of 16ish. Had reservations for 4pm. Not very accommodating for such a large party. Was rushed from the moment we arrived. Told we needed out by 6pm. Moved some of the guests from a table and tried to squish us all together. Skipped one entire end of the tables when taking appetizer orders. Did NOT get asked if we wanted dessert & it was an obvious birthday celebration. No acknowledgment of the birthday lady. Main Waitress was decent. Manager needs to learn some customer service skills. We had amazing service and the food was wonderful.
Excellent customer service and the manager is very professional. Can’t say enough on my steak. I had a special request for them to wrap my steak in tinfoil to keep it from having any char on it. As you can see it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be going again.
Took our grandson Caleb for his 13th Birthday 🎁! He has never been to Charleston’s to eat. And of course, he had the Blackened Mai Mai! He loves fish and he said that it was Yummy 😋! Allen had the Prime Rib and he said that it was great! They even brought Caleb an apple cobbler with ice cream on top to celebrate! Had a great time! Waiter took very good care of us.
