The presentation is excellent and the service more than adequate. The food was not horrible by any means. I had the Prime Rib medium rare and was disappointed to say the least. Very bland and a tad on the tough side as well as dry. I have had Prime Rib in a variety of dining establishments here in OKC and Charleston’s doesn’t make the top 3 . Believe it or not Texas Roadhouse Prime Rib is noticeably better and a bit less expensive . Cattleman’s was by far my favorite and Salt Grass not to shabby. Have no desire to dine at Ch... read more
