I was not satisfied with the stake I had and the management went beyond what would have been sufficient to me. Service such as this is rare and I highly value it. The rest of my family, there to celebrate my 77th birthday, were highly satisfied with there order. I will recommend Charlestons to all my many friends and family. I will return.
Oh my word!!! I tried the pineapple soy sauce marinated steak earlier tonight and I think time stood still my first bite. It we the best steak I have had in my 5+ years living in AZ. Delicious!!!
The manager on Saturday June 19 refused to serve me a kid's meal even though I showed proof from the hospital that I had bariatric surgery. We've been here before & never had a problem.
Excellent food and service!! Great menu selections!!
