Management staff (presumed as she didn't introduce herself) was completely inappropriate. Female came to residual party and publicly told us that our host didn't tip well and we needed to tip more to our wait staff. This should not be the the way this is handled in any professional setting. Wait staff was good, food was delicious, but I will never come back and will never recommend this location.

Had some issues with restaurant but it had nothing to do with the food, that was fabulous. Long story short, Charleston's went above and beyond to make it right. You won't be disappointed!!

The menu is a bit sparse for vegetarians, however the manager (Jeremy) was AMAZING! They offered to make/modify several items on the menu, and I selected the club, which was great! The rest of our party had pork chops, steak, and chicken piccata, and everything was very good. The best part, the service. Every staff person was smiling, helpful, and did a wonderful job! Highly recommend this restaurant and this specific location.

My wife and I ate here last night with our Granddaughter. We are from out of town and try to eat at Charleston's whenever we are in town! We have never had a bad experience of any kind at Charleston's! The dishes are delicious, service impeccable, atmosphere warm and elegant and prices are fair! My fiancé, two of our friends and I all ate here last night. It was absolutely wonderful! We all enjoyed our meals very much and the service was excellent! We will definitely be back!!
