Working with Todd and Alma was pleasurable in the beginning until they installed a window that was not truly obscured. I sent pictures of objects standing in the tub near the window and the objects were not truly obscured, quite inappropiate displays if your shower or tub is in feets of the what they considered a obsure window. They were professional in changing out the window with a 50% discount but also charged for the obscured window that was removed.
