DO NOT RENT from this place. I was moved into an apartment converted from a 9 bdrm house. There was no additional utility meters installed for the property. I was NEVER made aware of this. When I asked about it he said, it was too expensive and he wasn't doing it. He moved his nephew in the upstairs apartment a year ago, who also pays no rent and I told him it was illegal and he said his nephew wasn't his responsibility..
