My 23 year old was falling apart. Upgraded to a new custom trailer from Charleston Trailer. The new unit is a much better fit and tows great. First rate service and quality.
Excellent service, responsiveness and turn around time
I run a concrete company in Pawleys and down time is the absolute worst for me! I’ve called over 10 places and half of them didn’t even know what I was talking about until I called this place. They are knowledgeable friendly but most importantly professional, they knew exactly what I wanted and sent pictures within seconds with measurements before my 2 hour drive just to make sure it was right! I will be shopping here again and I highly appreciate them for all their help!
Easy and clear communication. I was able to submit a request through the website and got a response the next morning! We chatted a little bit between email and text and finished it out with a phone call to confirm everything I needed. Easy no pressure, they supplied a few different options for my trailer and I was able to pick the one that worked best for me.
