I would recommend against using this place. I’ve been trying to schedule viewings with them for a week with no responses. Please pick a different property management company.

Horrible place. I am glad we are now homeowners. We move into a priperty that is supposed to be move in ready and thwy leave an old cat box behind in the shed. Scatter bricks all over back yard and rodents and bugs decided to pop out once we moved in and ofcourse they dont cover pest control. Never fixed anything that was wrong in the beginning. Then when it came time to move out and we had to paint they offer to paint and try to charge us. Uhmmm no. I would not recommend them.

I applied for a home , paid the appropriate app. fees . I txt pictures of my dog to Sherrill before I met her at the property. We viewed it and all was well. I paid the fees for application, credit , background checks. Next day Sherrill calls me to tell me "good and bad news" (her words) Good news is: We are approved to rent. BAD NEWS IS: OWNER DOESN'T ACCEPT DOGS. AND THAT THE GUY WHICH THEY ARE MANAGING THE PROPERTY FOR DOESN'T EVEN OWN THE PROPERTY YET!!!!! AND THAT HE WILL BE CLOSING NEXT WEEK.!!! This company does not follow their own contract when it come to repairs one the house. Their contract states they will ask for permission to do repair over $200. On multiple occasions they have done repairs without asking or letting me know until the job was completed and I received my monthly statement from them. When asked why I was not contacted I was told by sherrill that it was because I was military and was station somewhere were there was big time difference.
