Worst scheduling process ever!!! After leaving multiple voicemails to get an appointment scheduled for my husband over a 2 month time frame I finally get someone on the phone. Once I tell them the issue and I tell her let me get my husband on the phone so we can figure this out she says well this what im going to do.. umm excuse me??? You dont tell a customer what you are going to do. You ask them what why are thinking my husband is a paramedic and can not stop everything to get to an appointment. I want to say, this was my first visit at Charleston Pulmonary Associates. Dr. Rashad Muhammad and Staff, from the front office to the back really help me with a situation that l encountered upon seeing them. They work diligently to get all the information they needed so l could move forward with my care. They call me back to next morning to let me know everything was sent. I just want to say THANK YOU!!! Charleston Pulmonary for a job well done on my first visit. Truly a Blessing!! Keep up the good work.

My first appointment was in 2021 after surviving Corvid-19. Breathing was not good at all but Dr. Rashad is a very good doctor that worked very hard to get my Breathing a lot better now than it was before. I got excellent care from Dr. Rashad and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
