Given the option, I wouldn't even rate this practice a 1-star. My 7-year-old's experience with Dr. Goltra was one of the most horrific experiences either of us have ever had. To say Dr. Goltra's bedside manner is cold and forceful is an understatement. The girls performing the procedure for the first half were wonderful; gentle, kind, and comforting.
