When we were there recently, Dr. Patnoe explained the necessary changes with equipment and procedures in order to keep patients and family members as safe as possible. I know COVID is crazy but when you have a 8 year old child and he has anxiety and already upset about going to the dentist and you change things without letting parents know so they can prepare there child for the change. Your a pediatric dentist you deal with children not adults!!! I know you would like to use the disposable equipment but he couldn’t take that going up his nose, and had to use the equipment you would have to clean afterwards! Big deal!!!
